What sizes of pens do you offer?
These are the measurements for our pen sizes. This measurement is at the smallest/thinnest part of the pen. You can check the albums in the Facebook group to have some size examples.

What shapes of pens do you offer?

We offer personalized shapes, so you can always message us a picture of the desired shape and we will do our best to do something similar.

- If you want to message us the picture, you can write "Messenger" in the description and send me the picture through Facebook Messenger (see Facebook link at the top of the FAQ).

- If you want to let us be creative, you can write "Surprise" in the description box.

When will my pen be turned and shipped? 

We currently have a waiting time up to a few months to turn and ship a pen. It is an approximative waiting time. You can follow the turning lineup on our Facebook group.

I have another problem concerning my order. What should I do?
